Arisinfra Solutions Limited announced that its subsidiary, Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited, has secured a service order from O2 Spaces, a partnership firm within the Vaishnavi Residences Group, to provide DaaS services for the "Morning Mist" residential apartment project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 280 Crores, with the engagement commencing on September 15, 2026, for an initial term of 36 months, extendable by mutual consent, and presenting an estimated material supply opportunity of Rs 100+ Crores for Arisinfra.
